th victory of the season.
A 6-2 win by
Mark Griffin and
Piero Fernandez at Line 3 and a 6-3 win by
Bruno Pessoa and
Diego Menendez at Line 1 clinched the doubles point.
Pessoa was a 6-2, 6-0 winner at the top singles flight and
Alejandro Orihuela was a 6-1, 6-2 winner at Line 3. Fernandez ended the match with a 6-1, 6-0 win at Line 5.
Griffin was up a set and had a game point at Line 6 and Menedez was up 3-0 in the second set after winning the first 7-6 (7-2).
The Fire will be back at home on Friday against Coastal Georgia.
