Clear Bag Policy & Prohibited Items

Clear Bag Policy

Southeastern University has implemented a clear bag policy for athletic events to provide a safer environment and expedite the entry process. Fans are advised not to bring bags, but if a bag is necessary, only the following are permitted:

  • Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12".
  • One-gallon clear plastic storage/freezer bags, such as a Ziploc bag or similar.
  • Small purses and clutch bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5", roughly the size of an adult hand.
  • Medically necessary items after proper inspection at Gate 1.
A logo no larger than 4.5" x 3.4" may be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag. Each guest may enter with one approved clear bag plus one small clutch purse.

The policy restricts only the type and size of containers used to carry items. Fans may still carry usual personal items such as keys, wallets, makeup, phones, and similar items in pockets or jackets in addition to the approved containers listed above.

Patrons with necessary medical items will be screened at specifically designated gate locations.
