OLD HICKORY, Tenn.—Southeastern took third place at the Music City Classic at Hermitage Golf Course General's Retreat over the weekend, with a 54-hole team score of 915.
Keiser took the top spot with a total of 875 and Marian was the runner-up at 910.
Marlie Smit was the top finisher on the individual leaderboard for the Fire with a ninth-place finish and a total of 226. Smit shot a one-under 71 in the second round after opening with a 77, then posted a 78 during Tuesday's final round.
Madelyn Campbell was one shot back in a tie for 10
th with round of 74, 78, and 75.
Marie Stephens posted a total of 233 to tie for 25
th and was followed by
Alejandra Cuellar in 29
th at 234.
Lauren Hosier was tied for 39
th at 238, closing with the low round on the roster on Tuesday with a 74.
The Fire will host The Sun Conference Championship at Grasslands Country Club on April 29
th and 30
th.
