COLUMBIA, Ky.—
Dylan Chatterton was named the Mid-South Conference's Men's Wrestler of the Week after going unbeaten yesterday at the Cascade Duals in Arizona.
Chatterton went 4-0 as did the No. 7 Fire, which included an 11-4 victory over Casey Dobson of Providence, ranked first in the 157-pound weight class. Chatterton had three takedowns, four nearfall points, and picked up a riding time bonus.
In his four matches, Chatterton outscored his four opponents 38-14 and earns the first conference weekly honor of his career.
The senior from York, Pa. is ranked fourth at 157, and is 9-1 this season.
Next up for Southeastern is the NWCA National Team Duals in Louisville on January 10
th and 11
th.
