COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga.—Freshmen
Andrew Ready and
Trey Garrett earned a trip to the Strike King Bassmaster College Series Nationals with their finish at Clarks Hill Reservoir over the weekend.
The pair finished 26
th of 231 boats weighing in 10 total fish for a total of 29 pounds, four ounces. They weighed in a five-fish bag of 14 pounds, five ounces during the first day and added 14 pounds and 15 ounces in the second day.
Colton Boelkes placed 86
th by himself with seven total fish at 20 pounds, three ounces. The first day had three fish at 11 pounds, two ounces and four fish the next day at nine pounds, one ounce.
Checking in at 97
th were
Connor Koch and Kane Weekley with nine fish weighing in at 19 pounds, one ounce. During the second day, the pair posted a limit weighing 10 pounds, 11 ounces.
Rounding out the group were
Brant Langley and
Cody Morgan in 135
th with a Day 2 total of 14 pounds.
The team will be back in action at Douglas Lake in Tennessee on the Bassmaster College Series March 7
th and 8
th.
