LAKELAND, Fla.- The No. 10 ranked Southeastern University women's soccer team is hitting the road this week to head to Kentucky for two Top 25 matchups.
On Thursday, the Fire will be in Williamsburg for a 7 p.m. contest against the No. 5 ranked University of the Cumberlands and will conclude the trip with a 12 p.m. contest on Saturday in Campbellsville against No. 25 Campbellsville University.
The Patriots have collected a 4-0-2 overall record against four Top 25 ranked programs and two that are receiving votes including a 2-1 win over the No. 3 Central Methodist.
As a team, the Patriots have netted 10 goals and an average of 12.7 shots per contest while the defense has held their competitors to less than a goal per contest. Jayden Boelter has been most of the Patriot offense as she is responsible for seven of the 10 total goals including three game-winners, ranking herself seventh nationally in goals scored.
In goal, Laura Vogt and Georgia Martell have combined for 25 total saves with each keeper allowing just two goals.
The Tigers come into the week with a 2-1 record having yet to face a ranked opponent. Collectively, the Tigers have converted 12 of their 34 shots on goal for an average of four goals per contest and 23.7 shots per game, the seventh best shot per game average in the NAIA. Junior Angeline Kieh has led the way offensively with six goals and an assist.
The defense is currently allowing 1.67 goals per contest with keeper Doeschka Birnage allowing five goals on 13 shots faced for a save percentage of .615.
Ranked the 10
th best team in the nation, the Fire average 2.6 goals per contest with 13 goals in five contests, collecting a 4-0-1 record. The Fire offense averages 14 shots per game and have put 34 shots on goal in their five contests while the defense is allowing 1.2 goals per 90 minutes. Senior
Naira Lopez has had a career-best start to the season after netting a team-high six goals.

Holly Eddins has collected a 3-1 overall record with 17 saves and six goals allowed for a .739 save percentage.
