The lone point of the day came from senior
Alexis Quinn at #2 singles, who picked up a straight sets win over SCAD's Paige Murdock.
Kelsi Black gave a solid showing at #3 singles, picking up a 6-1 victory in the second set after dropping the first by the same score. Black came up just short, falling 7-5 in the third set.
The 19
th-ranked Fire return to Sun Conference action tomorrow afternoon at Ave Maria.
