SENIOR (2024-25): Demorest, despite missing some time to injury, played 27 games this season with 12 starts. In her senior season, she notched 219 points on 35.9 percent shooting, alon with 77 rebounds and 34 steals. Recording nine games scoring over double digits, including her season high of 21 in the road win over New College of Florida. Prolific from behind the arc with 43 made threes on 29.5 percent shooting. Additionally, she shot 70% from the free throw line. These efforts helped lead the Fire back to the Sun Conference Championship and the NAIA First Round.

JUNIOR (2023-24): Demorest played in 18 games. In those games she scored 85 points, and had 12 rebounds, five assists, and four steals. Five times off the bench she scored 10+ points, including 14 against Ave Maria at home on 83 percent shooting.
