Seventeen Outdoor Track and Field Athletes Named NAIA Daktronics Scholar Athletes

    The NAIA released their list of NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athletes, among which were 17 student-athletes from Southeastern University.

    On the women's team there were eight on the list. Amari Graham, Baylie Hartman, Grace Feder, Jillian Blaser, Marlee Irvin, Natalie Rohm, Oluwafikayomi Lawrence, Sophie Robinson, and Sydney Slagel all secured the honor. 

    The men's team was home to nine student athletes selected. This included Cameron Gebers, David Milburn, Drew Knobl, Felipe Ledesma, John Perez-Dunn, Joseph Taylor, Luke Callery, Nathan Evans, and Vincent Lopez.

    To be considered an NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete one must have a 3.5 GPA or higher and have been at their school for a year or longer.

    Both teams travel to Marion, Ind. on Wednesday for the NAIA Outdoor National Championships.
