Matt Delay and an error by Point Park. Southeastern picked up a fourth run in the inning before Point Park concluded the inning with a triple play.
Darien Smith controlled the pace, throwing 94 pitches over seven innings and contributed eleven strikeouts to his season total, allowing just two earned on five hits.
David Castillo also had a stellar performance, going 2-3 with an RBI and a double.
Ethan Moore had a pair of RBI's in his first start, giving the Fire a 7-2 lead with his seventh inning single to left.
Tomorrow the Fire will face Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) in a double header. The first pitch of the first game will be at 12 p.m. and the second game will begin at 3 p.m.
