MOBILE, Ala.—Southeastern picked up a 4-0 win over No. 21 seed Oakland City on Thursday to advance to the national quarterfinal later this afternoon.
Guido Luna and
Enrique Martinez were a 6-2 winner at No. 3 Doubles and
Federico Barbon and
Victor Olivera defeated their Line 2 opponent 6-3 to secure the doubles point.
Barbon and Luna also won at Lines 3 and 4 Singles, respectively with Barbon a 6-3, 6-3 winner and Luna a 6-1, 6-2 winner.
Christian Garay clinched the match with a 7-5, 6-1 win at the top flight.
The Fire will take on fourth-seeded Tennessee Wesleyan at 4 p.m. with the winner advancing to tomorrow's semifinal.
