LAKELAND, Fla.- For the second game in a row,
Naira Lopez netted the only Fire goal in today's 1-1 tie against No. 23 Grace College, moving both teams to 4-0-1.

In the defensive battle, both offenses were held quiet through the first half with the Fire being held to just three shots in 45 minutes.

In the 64
th minute, Lopez subbed back onto the pitch and found the back of the net just three minutes later, burying a deep shot into the top left corner for her sixth goal of the season.

The Fire were just 24 seconds away from securing their fifth victory when the Lancers managed to sneak one into the bottom right, avoiding the loss.

Holly Eddins concluded the match with four saves.

The Fire will next compete against the No. 6 team in the nation, University of the Cumberlands, on the road Thursday at 7 p.m.
