CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky.- A matchup against the reigning NAIA National Champions, Thomas More (7-0), and offensive struggles resulted in a 74-50 loss for the 3-4 Southeastern women's basketball team in game one of the 21st Annual Julie Costello Classic.

A combined 7-30 effort from the field in the first two quarters and a 0-10 three-point effort in the first quarter for the Fire resulted in a 34-20 deficit heading into the locker room.

In the third quarter, Kiki Britzmann netted seven of her team-leading 16 points after going 3-4 from midrange and 1-1 at the free throw line while Raegan Linster would grab five of her team-high 12 rebounds.

The Fire score a game-high 16 points in the final period but were unable to outdo the Saints' 60% from the field in the fourth period.
