Biography

SOPHOMORE (2025): Sofia Diaz started all nine matches she played, recording three shutouts in the net and 19 saves while allowing only six goals. She delivered clean sheets at #11 Truett McConnell and #22 Georgia Gwinnett, turning away a penalty kick to preserve the shutout of the Grizzlies. The efforts in Georgia earned her Sun Conference and NAIA Defensive Player of the Week.

FRESHMAN (2024): Saw time in one game against #3 William Carey, making four saves.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Angela. High school coach was Tyler Cotton. Favorite Bible verse is Psalm 52:8
