Biography
GRADUATE (2025): Rebecca Laface appeared in 19 matches, starting 18 as the central midfielder. Scoring five goals, tallying three assists, and putting 15 of her 31 shots on frame. She scored and added two assists in the season opening, 7-0 win over Thomas. In the Sun Conference Championship she delivered a beautiful half-volley game-winner as the Fire downed #3 Keiser 3-2 for the title. This game winner earned her the title of Sun Conference Tournament MVP. Academically, Laface earned Sun Conference All-Academic, NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete, and CSC Academic All-District honors.
GRADUATE (2024): Laface started 14 games, and played in all 16. She was a pivotal piece of the Fire's midfield, playing 1,289 minutes and contributing two assists, one in a win over RV St. Thomas and one in a tie with #20 Truett-McConnell. Of her 25 shots, 14 were on frame, and two found the back of the net, once in a 4-3 loss to #2 Keiser, and the other came in a 2-1 win over RV St. Thomas. She was successful in the classroom, earning Sun Conference All-Academic, NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete, and CSC Academic All-District.
SENIOR (2023): Laface played in 15 games in the season. Cashing in three multipoint performances, fueled by three goals and three assists. Her best game was a 9-0 win over Warner where she scored once and assisted two more goals. Nine of her 16 shots were on goal.
