GRADUATE (2025-26): Nate Mikkelson saved his best for last. In his fifth and final year with SEU, Mikkelson went for 379 points, 256 rebounds, 83 assists, 42 blocks, and 23 steals. He started every game, averaging 11.8 points and 8.0 rebounds per game in 29 minutes played per game. In 21 of the 32 games he scored 10+, 20+ on two different occasions, and nine double-doubles. In the Fire's first NAIA Tournament win since 2022, he put up a 14 point, 10 rebound double-double in the 91-80 victory over Madonna. His efforts all year long earned him two Sun Conference Player of the Week awards, Sun Conference All-Tournament Team, and Second-Team All-Sun Conference honors. He also worked hard in the classroom, earning Sun Conference All-Academic and NAIA Daktronic Scholar-Athlete honors.

SENIOR (2024-25): Starting in 14 games and appearing in all 31, Mikkelson  averaged 11.7 points per game, scoring the most points on the team with 364, to go along with a career best field goal percentage of 59.8 percenr. Mikkelson also led the Fire this season with 211 rebounds, and 21 blocks. Turned in five double-doubles, comprised of points and rebounds, scoring 10+ on 19 different occasions. At #16 Ave Maria he dropped a season high of 23 points in an 11 point loss. In the Sun Conference Tournament he averaged 13 points and seven rebounds, earning himself a spot on the Sun Conference All-Tournament Team.

JUNIOR (2023-24): Mikkelson played in six games, recording 13 points and 11 rebounds. In a win over Johnson, he scored eight points and collected four rebounds.

SOPHOMORE (2022-23): Saw time in 22 games, starting in four. Scored 37 points behind a .394 field goal percentage and .308 three-point percentage.

FRESHMAN (2021-22): Played in 26 contests and recorded 67 points and 31 rebounds.

HIGH SCHOOL: Coach was John Leon. AAU team was the Treasure Coast Titans and the PBG Starzz. AAU coach was Bobby Wunderlich
