In the Fire's 1-0 win over No. 3 Our Lady of the Lake, she was responsible for the complete game shut out as the pitcher, and drove home the only run scored in the game as the Fire won 1-0. Her season's worth of accolades started with nine out of 14 Sun Conference Pitcher of the Week awards going her direction. That resulted in First-Team All-Sun Conference, and Sun Conference Pitcher of the Year for the second year in a row. Her national level accolades included NAIA First-Team At-Large All-American, NFCA NAIA First-Team All-American, and a spot on the NAIA Softball World Series All-Tournament Team as the Fire advances to the NAIA World Series Championship for the first time in program history.

Moving up seventh all time in single season history after her 17-4 record. She was three time Sun Conference Pitcher of the Week, and from March 28 to April 25 Zelenka shut out seven of eight opponents. Her best performance of the season, despite striking out nine at Warner in one game was the road series at #15 St. Thomas. Zelenka handed the Bobcats their first two home losses of the season with wins in games one and three, striking out twelve total and holding STU to one run.
