Shoffner enters his second season as an assistant coach for the Fire after being hired on prior to the 2022-23 season.

Shoffner comes to the Fire as a current teacher at Winter Haven High School and instructor at the Basketball Training Academy in Winter Haven.

No stranger to the Sun Conference, Shoffner served as the head coach of Webber International from 2004-2016 and oversaw the junior varsity and varsity teams.

Shoffner earned his bachelor's in business administration with a concentration in Sports Management from Webber in 2000.
