Jeromie Grammer

Jeromie Grammer begins his fourth season with the Fire men’s basketball team in 2016-17.

In Grammer’s first season the Fire finished with a 27-7 record, top 5 national ranking, and advanced to the NAIA Fab Four (2013-14). The following season they reached the Sun Conference tournament championship game (2014-15).

Born in Port Arthur, Texas, Grammer was an honors graduate from Lamar State College in May of 2013. In May 2015, he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelors degree in Sport Management and Athletic Coaching from Southeastern University and for three seasons (2013-2016) head coached boys basketball for St. Paul Lutheran School in Lakeland, Florida.

Grammer is also the founder and C.E.O. of the Southeast Texas Hoops youth basketball organization in the mid-county area south of Houston.

He enjoys being a part of a team and using the game of basketball as an opportunity to reach young people for Christ.

Grammer and his fiance, Caitlin Parker, will be married in December of 2016.
