Stephen Hospital joined the Fire Football staff before the 2021 season working primarily with the tight ends.

The Jacksonville native comes to SEU after spending the previous spring at Fleming Island High School and the five prior years at Christ Church Academy. At CCA, Hospital worked in a variety of roles including quality control, run game coordinator, and offensive line coach. 

After his playing career at Stetson, Hospital was an intern coach with the Jacksonville Sharks of the National Arena League, helping the Sharks win the league championship. The Mandarin High School graduate also has spent time at Jacksonville University and with Apex Elite OL Training. 

Hospital has also coached in the Gatlinburg All-American Bowl and the North Florida Football Coaches' Association All-Star Game.
