Anderson enters his second season as a graduate assistant with the Fire football team. 

Prior to coming to Lakeland, Anderson was the Athletic Director at Kiana Middle-High School in Kiana Alaska.

He is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University, helping the team to the 2011 Central States Football League championship. Anderson spent the 2012 season as a student assistant coach with the Crimson Storm.
