Jordan Odaffer

Jordan Odaffer begins his second season with the Fire football team in 2019. He served as a defensive assistant during the 2018 season which saw SEU win the Mid-South Conference Sun Division title, helping with a defense that set school records for pass defense (104.4 ypg), pass efficiency (75.7), total defense (268.8 ypg), interceptions (14), and tackles (732). 

Prior to SEU, Odaffer spent a season at Virginia University Lynchburg, working in a variety of roles on defense and on special teams. He also was in charge of operations for the program and strength and conditioning for the team. 

Odaffer spent four seasons at NCAA Division II Adrian College in Michigan, working with the linebackers and special teams, heping Adrian reach the playoffs in 2014 as MIAA champions. Additionally, Odaffer served as the head coach of the junior varsity team and was the academic retention liaison. Over three seasons, he recruited 80 student-athletes that became letterwinners, 30 starters, 22 All-MIAA selections, and 15 D3Football.com national award winners. 

Additionally, Odaffer has been the head coach at LaBelle High School, where he was the District 18 Class 4A FACA Coach of the Year in 2012, and also spent time as an assistant at West Gadsden, helping the team to its first playoff win in program history.
