SOPHOMORE (2013): Made seven appearances on the mound and drawing five starting assignments...Went 2-2 in 22.2 innings of work...Recorded 15 strikeouts and 13 walks.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Matt is transferring in from Montgomery College Germantown where he pitched 79 innings and recorded 83 strikeouts while posting a 1.85 ERA...He helped his team reach the JUCO World Series and was also named 1st Team All-MD JUCO.

PERSONAL: Matt is the son of Matt and Darlene Selmer...Younger brother Ryan is a pitcher at the University of Maryland.
