SENIOR (2024): Carnes worked the midfield, playing in every game this season and starting 13. She connected on two goals on the season, contributing two assists, taking 23 shots with 10 on frame. Her efforts earned her Second-Team All-Sun Conference. She was also successful academically, earning Sun Conference All-Academic, NAIA Daktronic Scholar-Athlete and CSC Academic All-District.

JUNIOR (2023): Carnes started 13 of the 18 games she played in. Notching nine goals, three assists, and six multipoint performances. 13 shots on goal resulted in two multi-goal games, a two goal output in a 9-0 win over Warner and a hattrick in a 6-1 win over Florida Memorial. Her excellence resulted in Second-Team All-Sun Conference honors, and Sun Conference All-Academic, Daktronics Scholar-Athlete, and CSC Academic All-District awards.

SOPHOMORE (2022): Played in 19 games with eight starts….Led the team in assists with six...Added two goals for a total of 10 points...Scored her first goal on 10/6 against Florida Memorial and scored her second against Ave Maria on 10/20.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Spent the 2021 season at NCAA Division I Charleston Southern where she started seven games and played in seven more...Finished with three assists as a true freshman...Played all but nine minutes of a 2-0 win over UNC Asheville on 10/2...Picked up an assist in just her third match at UNF on 9/10...Assisted on game winning goal in the 90th minute at Jacksonville on 9/12.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was named the 3A Florida Player of the Year in 2021 and the Lakeland Ledger Player of the Year in 2020 and 2021. Won a state championship in 2021.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Lana and David. Favorite movie is Forest Gump and favorite food is ahi tuna.
