SOPHOMORE (2015): Made 16 appearances out of the bullpen, going 3-1 in 11 innings of work...Struck out eight and walked eight...Gave up 12 earned runs on 14 hits.

FRESHMAN (2014): Started the season with junior varsity, but was moved up to varsity in early March...Went 1-1 with 1.80 ERA in 12 appearances out of the bullpen...Struck out four and walked two...Allowed just one extra-base hit in 35 total batters...Earned first career victory in first career appearance, striking out the only batter he faced on 3/3 against Grace...Did not allow a run in first 11 appearances...Gave up just one hit in his longest appearance of the season on 5/12 against William Woods during NAIA National Tournament Opening Round, going 2.1 innings. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time team MVP...Senior Male Athlete of the Year...Won multiple athletic leadership awards.

PERSONAL: Son of Brian and Bev Egert...Sports Management major...Part of team that played in the Canadian Little League finals...Favorite athlete is Clayton Kershaw...Favorite teams are the Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto Raptors.
