SENIOR (2020): Made five appearances including two starts. Struck out five batters in 11.1 innings pitched before season was shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

JUNIOR (2019): Made four appearances including one start. Struck out nine in 11.2 innings pitched with a 3.09 Earned Run Average before season was shortened due to injury.

SOPHOMORE (2018): Went 3-1 with a 4.71 ERA in eight appearances and four starts for the Fire...Struck out 13 in 21 innings pitched...Recorded a single-game season high five strikeouts versus Florida National on 1/31...Avista-NAIA World Series Champion.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Played his freshman season at Sterling College where he had 12 appearances, including nine starts...Tied for the team lead in wins with a 7-1 record...Posted a 3.56 ERA and struck out 39 in 55.2 innings pitched.

PERSONAL: Son of Margaret and Richard Tison. He is studying sports management. Enjoys surfing, supporting the Tampa Bay Rays, and watching the TV show Psych.
