JUNIOR (2025): Started in all 12 games as the Mike… Leading the team with 50 assisted tackles and 78 total tackles, adding three sacks, 6.5 tackles for loss, and a recovered fumble… Recorded a career-high 12 tackles against Webber International University (Fla.), guiding the Fire to a 24-7 victory… Achieved 10 tackles in the game at #2 Keiser University... His efforts were awarded with First-Team All-Sun-Conference, and was named the programs eight NAIA All-American, earning Third-Team status... His on the field excellence was equally matched in the classroom as he was named Sun Conference All-Academic and NAIA Daktronic Scholar-Athlete.

SOPHOMORE (2024): Nowlan started all nine games… Notching 45 tackles, 27 solo and 18 assisted with 3.5 for loss and a sack… Against the University of Fort Lauderdale, he forced a fumble and had seven tackles, including two for loss, helping lead the Fire to a 37-0 victory… In a 17-10 loss to #1 Keiser he recorded his season high of eight total tackles, and in a 45-17 win over Thomas he secured a pick… His dominant play amongst the #3 defense in the NAIA earned him First-Team All-Sun Conference.

FRESHMAN (2023): Played in two games, securing seven tackles with four solo, and three assisted.

PERSONAL: Son of Paul and Elise...Majoring in Exercise Science... Father (Paul) played lacrosse at UMASS... Favorite player is Tom Brady.
