SENIOR (2024): Neos starred in the NAIA 9th overall rushing attack, starting every contest… He carried the ball 110 times for 665 yards and six touchdowns… Averaging six yards per carry and 73.89 rushing yards per game… Finishing the season with three receptions for 13 yards… To end the year he notched back-to-back 100+ yard rushing games… Against Ave Maria he carried the ball 17 times for 104 yards and a touchdown, the Fire won 23-21… In the 45-17 road win over Thomas University, he carried the ball 30 times for 251 yards and two touchdowns… He also excelled academically, earning Sun Conference All-Academic and NAIA Daktronic Scholar-Athlete.

JUNIOR (2023): Ran for a career high 780 yards, with nine touchdowns. His week 10 performance against Ave Maria of 28 carries with 248 yards and three touchdowns earned Sun Conference Offensive Player of the Week, and helped lead the Fire to a 34-10 victory. He carried the ball 13+ times in every game, adding 113 yards to his season total. His season-long performance earned him Second-Team All-Sun Conference. He was also successful academically, earning Sun Conference All-Academic, CSC Academic All-District, and Daktronics Scholar-Athlete honors.

SOPHOMORE (2022): Played in seven games… Rushed for 218 yards on 53 attempts for an average 4.1 yards per attempt… Averaged 31.14 yards per game… Had three rushing touchdowns including two against North American University on 8/27… Had four catches for 28 yards and an average of seven yards per catch.
