PREVIOUS SCHOOLS: Made 20 starts in 40 career appearances for NCAA Division I Missouri in two seasons. Made 14 starts in right field as a sophomore in 2019. Also in 2019, ranked second on the team with eight pinch-hit at bats. Was successful in half of those opportunities, recording an outstanding .500 average. Versus No. 11 Texas A&M that season, produced a pinch-hit, two-strike, two-out, game-tying two-run home run in the ninth inning. Spent the 2018 season at Florida State College, where Broyles hit .299 with 26 runs scored, seven doubles, one triple, two home runs, 22 RBI and seven stolen bases in 49 games. Redshirted his freshman year at Dallas Baptist University.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letterman at Fayetteville High School in Fayetteville, Arkansas, under head coach Scott Gallagher. 2016 Perfect Game Southeast Region Honorable Mention. Played key role into Fayetteville’s playoff run in all three years, including trip to Class 7A semifinals in 2015 and a bid to the state championship game in sophomore campaign. Quick on the base paths, recording an impressive 6.60 time in the 60-yard dash.

PERSONAL: Son of Tom and Tisha Broyles. He is a sports management major at SEU. His grandfather Frank Broyles was a legendary football coach and men's athletic director at the University of Arkansas. Frank was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1983.
