ASHEVILLE, N.C. — Southeastern closed competition Friday at the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championship at Karl Straus Track with the women's team finishing tied for 21st nationally with 12 points.
Olga Gomez accounted for the Fire's final points of the meet with a seventh-place finish in the women's 200 meters, crossing the line in 27.29 seconds to earn NAIA All-American honors.
The Fire women totaled 12 points across the national meet, highlighted by
Ashlyn Poulin's runner-up finish in the 5,000-meter race walk and an All-American performance from the women's 4x800-meter relay team.
Southeastern concludes the 2026 outdoor season with three NAIA All-American performances and multiple additions to the program's all-time top-10 lists.
