LAKELAND, Fla.- Coming into the week on a five-game Sun Conference winning streak, Southeastern women's basketball will face two more SUN challenges this week as they play host to Warner University on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. and end the week at Webber International on Saturday at 2 p.m.

Over the last five games, the Fire (11-10, 8-3 SUN) have averaged 71.2 points per game with a .429 field goal percentage and .366 three-point percentage. Defense has also contributed to the Fire's recent success as they have averaged 7.8 steals per game and 3.4 blocks per game.
Emilia Sexton has averaged 15 points per game over the last five contests, shooting 46% from midrange and 40% from distance with 25 assists and six steals.
Kiki Britzmann has had a hot hand as of late, shooting 50% from midrange for 14.6 points per game and a team-best 7.6 rebounds per game.
Gabby Suarez has shot 39.5% from three-point range for 14.8 points per game.

The Royals (14-9, 6-5 SUN) currently sit in the middle of the SUN and are looking to snap a three-game losing streak after recently falling to the top SUN team, Florida Memorial, by a score of 82-76. Averaging 66.5 points per conference game, the Royals are shooting 41% from midrange and are led by Chanelle McDonald and Jasmine Edwards. Both averaging over 14 points per game, McDonald has tallied a .467 field goal percentage while Edwards sits at a .453 field goal percentage. Emani Theodule has been the distance shooter, connecting on 21 of her 60 shots from distance (35%). Edwards also leads the rebounding effort with 9.9 per conference contest.

The Fire will be looking for a redemption win after falling 56-54 to the Royals earlier in the season on the road for one of their three SUN losses.

The Warriors have posted a 7-13 overall record and 4-6 SUN record thus far, shooting 38% from the field for an average of 65.2 points per game against SUN teams. Jaida Burgess has led the offense with 15.9 points per game behind a .407 field goal percentage while Alexandria Lemmon sits at a .340 three-point percentage after converting 16 of her 47 shots from distance. Defensively, Dasia Wandick leads the Warriors with 6.1 rebounds per game while Samantha Pacheco leads the team in steals 26.
