LAKELAND, Fla.- Southeastern football landed four individuals on All-Sun Conference teams upon conclusion of the 2023 season.

Freshman punter
Jay Brockhaus earned First Team All-Conference honors while
Dominic Larry,
Josiah Neos, and
Ryan Cunningham were named Second Team All-Conference.

Brockhaus averaged 38.8 yards per punt which ranks 15
th nationally. The freshman put 15 attempts inside the 20-yard line with five of 50 or more yards and 1,940 total yards. Brockhaus led the conference in total punting yards and was second in yards per punt.

Larry was named Second Team All-Conference as a kick returner after averaging 24.8 yards per return. The junior accumulated 545 return yards on 22 attempts with a long of 85 yards against Warner University which resulted in the Fire's first kick return touchdown in program history. Larry led the conference in total return yards.

Neos led the Fire run game for the entirety of the season, accumulating 780 yards on 168 attempts for an average of 4.6 yards per carry and 78 yards per game. The junior concluded the season with nine touchdowns including three in his last contest of the season where he rushed for 248 yards, the first 200+ rushing yard performance from a Fire player since 2017.

Rounding out the All-Conference honors is
Ryan Cunningham who amassed a team-high 54 tackles along with three pass deflections and two interceptions. The junior averaged 6.75 tackles per game, which ranked fourth in the conference, and captained a defense that held opponents to 22.6 points per game.

Southeastern concluded the season with a 5-5 overall record and 4-3 SUN record.
