Gianluca Contegno set the momentum early, finding the back of the net just three minutes into the contest off an
Edoardo Venutolo assist.

The Warriors took a foul in the box to their advantage, tying the contest at one in the eighth minute off a penalty kick goal.

With just over a minute before the end of the first half,
Chris Thorpe single-handedly bested three Warriors defenders for his third goal of the season and 2-1 Fire lead.

Just seconds into the second half, another foul in the box set up a penalty kick for the Fire's leading goal-scorer,
Victor Cavalcante who extended the lead to two.

th minute, Contegno and Venutolo combined for another Fire goal after a corner by Contegno found the head of Venutolo for a 4-1 Fire lead.
