The Fire look to continue to set the tone in conference play as several teams face off against top-ranked opponents this week.
RV Men's Soccer
10/5 vs. SCAD-Savannah at 7 p.m.
10/7 @ Ave Maria University at 7 p.m.
Fire men's soccer will be at home this Thursday as they take on SCAD, who is 4-3-1 on the season and has a recent win over RV Florida Memorial where they won 1-0. On Saturday, they will travel to Ave Maria to take on the 1-8-1 Gyrenes, who's only win on the season is over Warner, who they beat 3-1.
Volleyball
10/4 vs. Ave Maria at 7 p.m.
10/7 @ Florida Memorial University at 2 p.m.
The 12-3 volleyball team picked up two more conference wins last week, and look to do the same this week as they face off against Ave Maria who is 8-9 and 3-3 in SUN on the season. The Fire will travel to Florida Memorial this weekend to take on the 3-4 and 1-4 in SUN Lions.
#14 Women's Soccer
10/4 @ #8 SCAD-Savannah at 7 p.m.
10/7 vs. Ave Maria University at 7 p.m.
Women's soccer sits at No. 14 in the national rankings this week as they take on No. 8 SCAD on the road. SCAD holds an undefeated record at 10-0 with four top-25 wins, including No. 6 Keiser 3-1. On Saturday, the Fire will host Ave Maria who is 3-2-4. In their last meeting, the Fire won 1-0.
Men's and Women's Cross Country
10/6 at Royals Cross Country Challenge at McAlpine Park | Charlotte, N.C.
Cross Country will travel to North Carolina this Friday to compete in the Royals Cross Country Challenge at McAlpine Park in Charlotte. The meet will run Friday afternoon and is hosted by Sun Conference opponent Warner University.
Football
10/7 @ Webber International @ 1:30 p.m.
Fire football travels to Webber International this weekend to face off against the 1-3 Warriors. In their first game, the Warriors beat St. Andrews University 49-14. Since then, they have dropped games to Cumberland University 19-13, Stetson University 38-28, and SUN opponent No. 17 St. Thomas University 41-16.
#7 Women's Golf and #11 Men's Golf
NAIA National Championship Preview @ Dalton Country Club in Dalton, Ga.
Fire men's and women's golf continue to make strides as they travel back to Georgia this week to play in the NAIA National Championship Preview. Last week at the Innisbrook Invite, the men's team finished 11th and the women finished 4th overall.
