SAVANNAH, Ga.—The Southeastern University women's tennis team dropped to 3-2-1 with a 6-1 loss to the fifth-ranked Bees of SCAD-Savannah.
Southeastern dropped all three doubles matches to trail 1-0 entering singles play.
The lone point for the Fire came at No. 2 Singles, where
Beatrice Letizia was a 6-1, 7-6 winner over Val Droop.
Mia Dunagan put up a fight at No. 6 Singles, losing 7-5, 7-5.
The Fire return to action on Wednesday at home against Webber International.
