WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The Southeastern women's tennis team fell to Keiser University 9-0 this Saturday afternoon. The Fire move to 6-2 overall in the season, both loses come from two ranked teams in the Sun Conference.
Southeastern faced an uphill battled from the start, as the Seahawks' are nationally ranked second in the NAIA.
The Seahawks quickly dominated doubles play, taking a 3-0 lead over SEU. Their momentum continued in singles play and ultimately the Fire fell 9-0.
The Fire will be back on the courts when they return home to take on John Carroll on March 4
th. The matches are set to begin at 11:30 a.m.
