Coastal Georgia comes into its matchup with the Fire on a bit of a hot streak. The Mariners have won five of their last six contests, four of which have come against Sun Conference competition.
Brianna Gipson has been a main contributor for CCGA over the course of the year. The senior leads the team in scoring (17.5 points per game) and rebounding (8.9 rpg), which both rank 26
th in the NAIA. In her last outing, a 66-53 road victory over Warner, Gipson scored 21 points on an efficient 81.9% shooting (9-11 FG).

The Fire and the Mariners have met only four times in their history with Southeastern taking all four of the matchups. SEU captured the contest in Brunswick earlier this season by a score of 68-62.
