LAKELAND, Fla. – The No. 6 Southeastern University women's soccer team is looking to cap off its 2018 non-conference portion of the schedule with a victory. Four of the seven non-conference opponents the Fire have faced are ranked in the NAIA Top 25. Most recently, SEU stifled the Florida College Falcons 6-0 on their home pitch. Before the Fire enter Sun Conference play, they first welcome the Florida National University Conquistadors to the SEU Soccer Complex.

- No team in the NAIA has found the back of the net more than Southeastern this season, with 38 total goals scored on the season, an average of one score per 16.1 minutes of play.
- Junior forward Uchenna Kanu is a name Fire fans are quite familiar with, as her 19 goals scored on the season is the most of any player at any four-year collegiate level.
- Other members of this Southeastern front line are emerging as scoring threats. Gabriella DiDio, Summer Rusher, and Aisha Solorzano have netted five goals each, the second highest total on the team.
- The Fire came in at No. _ in the latest NAIA Coaches' Top 25 poll. SEU has now been ranked in 19 consecutive polls.
- This marks the first ever meeting between Southeastern and Florida National in women's soccer.
HOME COOKIN:
- The Fire have won 27 consecutive home matches.
- 21 of those 27 consecutive home victories have been shutouts.
- SEU has outscored opponents 127-7 during the streak.

THE CONQUISTADORS:
- In its second year as a program, Florida National is looking to make strides.
- In the institution's final year as a member of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association, the first year program advanced to the national championship game.
- In their first season in the NAIA, the Conquistadors are off to a 1-6 start and are currently on a four-game skid.
- Four of the Conquistadors' six losses have been by two goals or less.
- Senior forward D'Yolanda Pineda has led the way for FNU, netting a team-best four goals on the season. Pineda was a member of the USCAA All-Tournament team for Florida National in 2017.
- It has been a busy season in goal for junior keeper Brianna Gomez. The Miami native has 32 saves for FNU thus far.
