- Southeastern is coming off of an 11-point win over conference foe Webber International. Josiah Barsh contributed a career-high 32 points, while shooting an unblemished 7-of-7 from beyond the arc.
- Head coach R-Jay Barsh tinkered with the starting lineup in an attempt to gain more production from players who have been contributing off of the bench. In first two starts of the season, Ismael Celestin is averaging 13 points while shooting 45% from the floor.
- Flashing back to the previous meeting between the Fire and the Seahawks, the Fire downed the conference opponent 88-78. Southeastern's Ryan Atkins and CJ Reese combined for 64% of the Fire's total points.
- The Fire rank 14th in all of NAIA Division II basketball in scoring offense per game (87.95).
- Dating back two years, following a losing streak of three or more games, the Fire have gone on to post a 6-2 record in their next three contests.
- Including last week's game against Webber, the Fire will play back-to-back road conference games for the first time this season.
- The Seahawks are currently riding a seven game win streak with their most recent win coming against Thomas University.
- In their last five victories, Deion McClenton is averaging 24.2 pts and 11.8 rebounds per game.
- During that stretch McClenton posted a career conference high of 36 points against Coastal Georgia.
- As a collective group, the Seahawks are shooting an impressive 40.8% from beyond the arc.
- Trystan Pratapas leads the perimeter shooting category for the Seahawks, shooting a deadly 57.4% from beyond the arc during conference play.
- Isa Brandon leads three statistical categories for the Wildcats. Brandon, the native of Chesterfield, England averages 10.4 rebounds per game, notched 42 steals, and 36 blocks. On the offensive end of the floor, Brandon is averaging 15.2 points per game.

- As a team, the Wildcats rank seventh in all of NAIA DII basketball in total blocks (88). Brandon ranks 11th in all of NAIA DII with 36 blocks.
