KANUMBER ONE IN THE RECORD BOOKS: Sophomore forward Uchenna Kanu etched her name into the Southeastern record books in the regular season finale versus Ave Maria. The Abia, Nigeria set a new program record for most individual goals scored in a single season with her first score against the Gyrenes last Saturday. Kanu proceeded to break her own mark with each of the four goals she scored in the remainder of the 35 minutes of play she registered. She has now scored 15 goals in her last four games. On the season, Kanu is averaging a goal per 31.4 minutes of play this season 17.2 minutes of play in her last four contests.

AISHA SHINES: Since making her collegiate debut in the conference opener versus Johnson & Wales, freshman forward Aisha Solorzano has been a sensation for the Fire up top. The Guatemala City native had more assists in TSC play than any other player with 12 and has recorded a helper in seven consecutive contests. Solorzano has also found the back of the net six times in the last five games and has placed 62.1% of her shots on frame during that stretch.

PREVIOUS MATCHUPS: The Fire defeated the Sand Sharks in Okatie in dominant 9-1 fashion earlier this season. Kanu, junior forward Shayna Cole, and graduate forward Estefania Fuentes all had multi-goal games for the Fire. SEU leads the all-time series versus USCB 4-2.

THE SAND SHARKS: After losing four of its last five, USCB clinched back to back TSC Tournament berths with a 2-1 win over Johnson & Wales in its regular season finale. Senior forward Hayley Pina led the Sand Sharks with 12 goals scored on the season. Senior midfielder MJ Orduna leads the squad in assists with six to accompany her seven goals netted on the year. USCB was 1-5 versus teams in the conference tournament field this season.
