Box Score LAKELAND, Fla. - The Fire honored their five graduating seniors this evening with a 4-0 win over the Ave Maria Gyrenes to close out the regular season. The win is their tenth of the season and moves them to 5-5 in The Sun Conference.
Alyssa Kaminski drew first blood in the 14
th minute assisted by
Karly Palmar with a cross from the right side.
Jai Sterling, a freshman from Lauderhil, Florida, secured the two goal buffer with her first of the season in the 39
th minute.
Shayna Cole, also a freshman, serviced from the right side then Sterling one touched for the finish.
The score remained 2-0 at half before senior
Bre Eldridge netted three and four in the 46
th and 86
th minutes, respectively. The first was unassisted as she gained possession from the keeper's clear and sent an arcing shot into the net from about 20 yards out.
Cole recorded her second assist of the game for Eldridge's second goal. This time, she serviced from the end line to the PK mark where Eldridge finished for the final goal of the game.

With the 2015 regular season in the books, the Fire will await their post season fate as the last Sun Conference games are played.
