Box Score BABSON PARK, Fla. – Fire women's soccer suffered their fifth conference loss to the Webber International Warriors this afternoon, 2-1.
Heidi Ruth scored the Fire's only goal in the 75
th minute with an assist from
Alyssa Kaminski, but it proved too little too late as the Warriors' goals occurred in the 35
th and 51
st minutes.
Southeastern outshot Webber 20-14, seven of which were off the boot of
Bre Eldridge, and Fire keeper
Kaitlyn Romero made three saves.
The Fire (9-6, 4-5 TSC) will return home to close out the regular season on Wednesday against Ave Maria. Senior day recognition will be held prior to the 4 p.m. kickoff.
