Box Score LAKELAND, FLA.-- A day after the Fire men's soccer team received their first NAIA national ranking in school history, they put on a dominating performance against the Warner University Royals, 6-0.

It was a 1-0 game at the half; the lone goal came by a header from
Kendall Crouse in the 23rd minute.

The Fire improved to 6-1 in conference play and 10-4 overall. The Royals fell to 1-6 in conference play and 2-10-1 overall.

"It was a great win for us. Our boys really came out in the second half and executed. We connected passes and had great goals," commented coach
Clay Roberts.

The Fire are back in action Saturday as they'll travel down to Babson Park to take on the Webber International University Warriors.
