MIAMI GARDENS, Fla.- A 50-point second half saw the Fire pick up their fourth straight victory, knocking off Florida Memorial 94-66.

Offensively, the Fire were very efficient, connecting on 56.9% from the field, and were an impressive 25-of-34 inside the arc. They also asserted their dominance on the glass, grabbing 40 of 67 total rebounds.

The Fire built a 29-point lead in the second half with 8:07 left, capitalizing on some open looks from 3-point range in the right corner by Caleb Konieczny, Jordan Talley, and Xavier Burrow. The lead ballooned to as much as 34 in the second half as the Fire continued to drive the lane and convert layups.

With the game tied at 13 with 14:18 left in the first, the Fire went on a 13-3 run to build their first double-digit lead of the game, capped by back-to-back baskets by Jordan Talley to put SEU up 26-16 with 11:50 left. The Fire scored the final five points of the half to take a 44-29 advantage to the locker room.

Andre' Winston led the Fire with 20 points off the bench. He also had three rebounds and a pair of steals. Konieczny added 19 points, connecting on all five of his 3-point attempts. Dana Thomas added 14 points, seven rebounds, two blocks, a steal, and an assist in 25 minutes.

Talley added 12 off the bench, and DeShawn Wilcox was also in double-figures off the bench with10 points.

The Fire host #2 Embry-Riddle on Saturday at 7 p.m.
