Randy Belli

Coach Belli came to the Fire before the 2016 season, and made an immediate impact.
 
In his first season, Belli guided Southeastern to a 17-1-1 record, with the only loss in a regular season meeting at regular season champion Keiser, then fell in a shootout in The Sun Conference Tournament Championship match at Keiser.
 
The following campaign saw the Fire win a single-season program record 19 games, while also winning The Sun Conference Tournament and making the 2017 NAIA National Tournament. After reaching the quarterfinals, the Fire achieved a #7 ranking in the final NAIA Women’s Soccer Poll.

2018 saw Belli help guide the program to even greater heights. The Fire achieved a program record 20 wins, earned a share of the TSC Regular Season Championship, and advanced all the way to the NAIA National Tournament Semifinals. On November 6, the SEU women made history by earning the first No. 1 ranking in the NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Poll in program history.
 
Along the way, the program garnered three All-American and four All-Region selections. Coach Belli received The Sun Conference Coach of the Year honors. In addition the United Soccer Coaches named the entire Fire Coaching staff the East Region Coaching Staff of the Year.

Belli currently serves as The Sun Conference women's soccer chair.
 
Coach Belli began his college coaching career at Palm Beach Atlantic University and was the associate head coach from 2003-2006. In his four years there, the Lady Sailfish went to the South Region Finals four times, winning three. He also served as the assistant coach for the men’s team at PBAU from 2004-2006, helping the squad to three South Region Finals, winning two of the three. During his tenure there, he recruited and coached seven NSCAA All-Americans. While at Palm Beach Atlantic University, he also served as an adjunct professor of mathematics.
 
Belli went on to serve as the top assistant and recruiting coordinator for the University of South Florida Women's Soccer program. During his time at USF, the Bulls garnered recognition for a top 25 recruiting class for the first time in program history and followed that up with another top 25 class the next year.
 
Coach Belli has also served in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) programs at Orlando City and the West Florida Flames. He has worked with the FYSA ODP, Super Y League ODP, US Club Soccer PDP, and US Soccer Market training centers.
 
He serves on the Board of Directors and travels with GoAll Sports Missions, a ministry that takes students on sports missions trips to Costa Rica. Coach Belli also is an instructor for the United Soccer Coaches Coaching Education Staff and serves as the Women’s Soccer Chair for The Sun Conference.
 
Along with the NSCAA Premier Diploma, USSF B License, NSCAA National Goalkeeper Diploma, NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma, NSCAA National Youth Diploma and the USSF National Youth License, Belli has a Masters of Science in mathematics education from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
 
A two-time All-American, Belli played collegiate soccer at Tennessee Temple University and resides in Lakeland with his wife Jess and children Declan and Everlee.
