Xavier Allison enters his second season at Southeastern in 2026-27, looking to build on the program’s established winning culture.

In 2025-26, his first season on staff, the Fire set multiple program records en route to a 25-7 record and an appearance in the second round of the NAIA National Tournament. Southeastern featured one of the top offenses in the country, ranking among the top 20 nationally in points per game, field goal percentage, and points per possession.

SEU was also dominant on the glass, ranking 10th nationally in rebound margin and seventh in offensive rebound rate. Allison played a crucial role in recruiting and was instrumental in player development, helping four members of the Fire earn All-Sun Conference honors.

Before arriving at Southeastern, Allison spent six seasons at NCAA Division II Purdue University Northwest as both a player and coach. During his time on the coaching staff, he helped guide the Pride to continued improvement each season, culminating in a program-best 13 wins in his final year.

As a player, Allison competed for two seasons at Purdue Northwest. During the 2019-20 season, he set the program record for assists in a single game with 13. He also led the GLIAC in three-point field goal percentage during the 2020-21 season, shooting 51.1 percent from beyond the arc.

Prior to Purdue Northwest, Allison played two seasons at MiraCosta College, where he was named Male Collegiate Athlete of the Year in 2018-19.

Allison earned his master’s degree in communication from Purdue University Northwest in May 2023.
