Josh Fisher joined the Fire after a successful tenure at Arizona State University. He brings a wealth of experience in strategic communications, media relations, and digital content leadership at the NCAA Division I, Division II, and NAIA levels during his career.

Fisher joins the administrative team at SEU and leads the Athletic Communications efforts for the Fire's 20 varsity programs. He oversees all aspects of athletic communications, including media relations, statistical services, website and social media management, live streaming, and student-athlete recognition at the conference and national levels.

At Arizona State, Fisher served as Communications Program Coordinator, overseeing communications efforts for the Sun Devils women's soccer and softball programs. During his time in Tempe, he played a pivotal role in enhancing social media engagement, managing media relations, and directing digital content strategy.

Fisher started his career at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, where he worked for 10 years as the Griffins Sports Information and Events Coordinator. He then transitioned to Rocky Mountain College where he served for a year before moving on to Ottawa University - Arizona (OUAZ), where he worked for four-and-a-half years as the Spirit's Assistant AD for Athletic Communications.

Additionally, Fisher works part time as the Director of Communications for the Great Southwest Athletic Conference (GSAC). He also had worked to support the communications operation of various professional teams during his career.

Josh and his wife, Brittany, have three children.
