JUNIOR (2015): Ran in all six races...Ran team-best times in five of the six races...Placed fifth in the Fire Short Course Invitational with a 6k time of 20:00.40...Placed 18th in the 8k at the Sun Conference Championships with a time of 28:20.60...Ran the fifth fastest 8k in school history at the Royals XC Challenge on 10/9 with a time of 26:34...Was named Sun Conference Runner of the Week after crossing in 27:25 for 24^th place of 82 participants in the 8k at the FSU Invitational. 

SOPHOMORE (2014): Ran in all six races...Ran a team-best 5k at the flrunners.com Invitational with a time of 16:43...Earned Sun Conference All-Academic honors.

FRESHMAN (2013): Ran in all seven races...Ran his best 8k of the year at the Sun Conference Championships with a time of 27:23...Ran a 28:14 8k at the NCCAA Nationals.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Ridgefield Park HS where he
competed for coaches Dennis Murri and Nick Faulkner…Was selected Second Team
All-County and was also first team all-league… Personal best times of 16:30.00
in the 5000m, 10:06.20 for 3200m, 4:38.32 in the 1600m, 2:38.10 for 1000m and
2:03:30 in the 800m…New Jersey State Group qualifier and holds the school
record in winter track for the 3200m and 1600m.
