JUNIOR (2020): Named to the Track and Field Sun Conference Academic team... Competed in four races and put up a season best time of 29:16 at the Ave Maria Invitational.
SOPHOMORE (2019): Competed in two meets with a season best 30:57 at the FL Runners Invite.
FRESHMAN (2018): Competed in all five races for the Fire. Ran his season-best 29:52 8K in The Sun Conference Championship Race.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a State Qualifier and Team MVP at Cedar Park Christian in 2017.
PERSONAL: Son of Craig and Roz Groc...Favorite sports teams are the Seattle Mariners and the Seattle Seahawks...Favorite TV Show is The Office...Has been on three separate mission trips to Belize.
