SEU Athletics heads into another busy week of competition, with action across golf, soccer, volleyball, cross country, bass fishing, and football. Here's a look at what's coming up for the Fire:
Monday, September 29
Both golf programs will be in action at Innisbrook Ranch Golf Club in Palm Harbor, Fla.
- Men's Golf competes in the Innisbrook Invite.
- Women's Golf also tees off in the Invite at Innisbrook.
Tuesday, September 30
The Fire continue play at Innisbrook Ranch Golf Club:
- Men's Golf competes in the second round of the Innisbrook Invite.
- Women's Golf also continues competition in the Invite at Innisbrook.
Wednesday, October 1
A trio of events highlights midweek competition:
- Women's Volleyball hosts Warner at 6:30 p.m. inside The Furnace.
- Women's Soccer opens Sun Conference play at 7 p.m. against Ave Maria at the SEU Soccer Field.
- Men's Soccer travels to Ave Maria for a 7 p.m. matchup.
Friday, October 3
The Fire spread across multiple sports and states:
- Bass Fishing competes in the MLF Pickwick Lake Event in Counce, Tenn.
- Women's Cross Country races at 7:45 a.m. in the Florida Runners Invite at Holloway Park in Lakeland.
- Men's Cross Country follows at 8:15 a.m. in the same meet.
Saturday, October 4
A packed Saturday closes out the week:
- Men's Soccer kicks off the day at 11 a.m. at the SEU Soccer Field against Florida Memorial.
- Women's Volleyball returns to The Furnace at 2 p.m. to face nationally-ranked No. 13 St. Thomas.
- Women's Soccer hits the road for a 7 p.m. matchup at Florida Memorial.
- Football caps the night under the lights at Victory Field, hosting Florida Memorial University at 7 p.m. The game is designated Youth Sports Night.
